ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code – Your key to international markets

For manufacturers of pressure equipment (Power Boilers, Heating Boilers and Pressure Vessels), the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code (ASME BPVC) is key to international markets for several reasons:

Safety: The ASME BPVC was established to enhance safety in industries that utilize boilers and pressure vessels. It was created following historical accidents to prevent future disasters and ensures that your pressure equipment meets stringent safety guidelines, reducing the risk of accidents and ensuring a safer working environment.

Quality: ASME-compliant pressure equipment undergoes thorough inspections to meet the quality and safety standards set by the ASME BPVC so you can be confident that you are investing in high-quality, reliable pressure equipment.

Compliance: Many countries, states and municipalities require compliance with ASME standards for pressure equipment to meet regulatory requirements, preventing legal issues and ensuring smooth operations without interruptions due to non-compliance.

Reliability: The ASME BPVC is updated every two years to ensure that your pressure equipment is designed and fabricated according to the latest accepted standards and practices. The latest update was release in July 2023.

Global Recognition: Pressure equipment manufactured according to the ASME BPVC open sales opportunities for you in the USA, Canada and over 113 other countries where the ASME BPVC is recognized, as it demonstrates adherence to widely respected industry norms and practices.

In summary, utilizing the ASME BPVC provides enhanced safety, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, reliability, and global recognition for your pressure equipment.
